How Click & Collect Works
- 1Shop online — add items to your cart and choose Warehouse Pickup at checkout (only available on eligible products).
- 2We prepare your order — usually same or next business day. You'll receive a Ready to Collect email when it's staged.
- 3Pick it up — bring your order confirmation and valid ID to our Coopers Plains warehouse during collection hours.
Common Questions
- Can I pick up without ordering online first?
- No — all Click & Collect orders must be placed online first. Walk-ins are not available. This ensures your item is confirmed in stock and staged before your visit.
- How long will you hold my order?
- We don't have a strict hold period — if we haven't heard from you we'll follow up by email and phone to arrange a time that works. Just let us know if your plans change.
- Can someone else collect on my behalf?
- Yes — they'll need a copy of your order confirmation and their own valid photo ID. Let us know in advance via email if you're sending someone else.
- Do all products support Click & Collect?
- Currently pickup is available for larger items — canopies, roof racks, bullbars, drawers, and trays. Each product page shows whether warehouse pickup is available for that specific item.
