We can't do walk-ins. Nothing is on a shop floor, it's all racked.
Before you drive over
Two things send people home empty-handed, and both are avoidable.
Wait for the email
Turning up before the ready-to-collect email means it's still in a rack or part-way through assembly. Once the email lands it's picked, checked and waiting.
The email carries the address and the times we'll be there.
Your order number, photo ID in the name on the order, and email us first if a mate is collecting so they can bring your order number and their own ID.

We get it ready
Usually same or next business day. Some things need assembling first, which is why we email rather than have you guess.
Come and get it
Turn up in the window we agree, with your order number and ID, and we'll have it ready to go.
Common questions
Can I just turn up and buy something?
No, order online first. There's no shop floor, everything is racked or crated, so an order is what gets it found, checked and staged before you arrive.
How long will you hold it?
As long as you need, within reason. If we haven't heard from you we'll email to sort out a time. Just let us know if plans change.
Can someone else collect it for me?
Yes. Email their name beforehand; they bring your order number and their own photo ID.
Which products can I pick up?
Mostly the big gear: canopies, trays, bullbars, roof racks and drawers. Every product page says whether pickup is available, and the cart says it again before you pay.
