Tracking Your Order

Special Handling

Some larger items like bull bars, canopies, or suspension kits may require special shipping arrangements. We'll contact you if there are any additional requirements.

Remote Areas: For deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Defective Items

We offer a return or refund for any defective items within the warranty period. For more information on warranty periods, please refer to the individual product specifications.

Changed Your Mind?

No worries! We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be in re-sellable condition with all original packaging.

Return Costs

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. A restocking fee may apply if the return is initiated more than 7 days after delivery.

Note: We only guarantee items against manufacturing defects, not damage from improper use or installation.

Product Disclaimer for DIY-Installers

Professional Installation Recommended

We recommend that all items be professionally installed on your vehicle. But if you are a handy, skillful DIYer, you can do it yourself with precaution.

Before You Start

You should at least check the parts, fitting, and pre-assemble or dummy fit it before starting to install. Not all items come with instructions. Templates and instructions are provided as a guide only. You should check the position of all mounting, drilling & cutting before doing it.

Important Warranty Note

Once the item is installed on the vehicle, you are not eligible for a full refund unless the product is faulty. We do not accept any responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle or other content during the installation of the item. For example, dents, paint scratching, etc.

If you notice damage: In rare cases, the item can be faulty or damaged from manufacturer or during its transport, so if you see the install procedure will damage your car, please stop it immediately and contact us. We won't take responsibility if you damage your car installing a damaged or faulty part.
